The apartment

Just completed in 2007, this development of four blocks will make up a new pedestrian square and will become the commercial centre of Rianxo. Please note that only 2 of the blocks are totally finished, with work continuing on the other blocks to be finished by 2008.

Our apartment is on the 6th floor, over looking the square, serviced by a lift. It is fully furnished 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, with sofa and dining table, seperate kitchen with cooker, fridge, washing machine and all mod cons included, there is also a parking space provided in the residents underground car park.

Due to its central location, all local amenities and services are only a stone throw away, with a major supermarket right underneath our block, offices, shops and cafeterias in the square and the town hall and harbour only a few minutes away.  Also across the street there is a recently constructed public indoor swimming pool within the local leisure centre and the Town Hall square and harbour are within a hundred metres distance.
